2 c. frozen strawberries
1 c. frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
1/2 c. lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 banana, broken up
1/2 c. orange puree
1/4 c. white puree
1/4 c. green puree
2 c. apple juice
Pour it all in the blender and hit puree! I make all of these purees ahead of time and keep them on hand so I always have them ready to use.
