Okay, she will eat, she is a chubby little thing, but she is so picky that I have started taking her to see a therapist to help her learn to try new foods. However over the past year or so I have developed many little tricks for hiding the good things that she needs in foods that she will eat.
I've consulted several books, including The Sneaky Chef and Deceptively Delicious, and I had learned so much from them. I've adopted so many of their ideas and them tweaked them to suit my needs.
My plan here is to share those ideas with other moms and hopefully we can get our picky little eaters the nutrition that they need.
